On April 25, The General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Releasing Consumption Potential and Promoting Sustainable Recovery of Consumption (hereinafter referred to as the Opinions).
The Opinion states:
Consumption is the final demand. It is a key link and an important engine for unimpeded domestic economic circulation. It has a lasting driving force for the economy and is related to ensuring and improving people's livelihood.
Twenty key measures were put forward in five areas.
Among them, the "Opinions" require that activities such as "China Brand Day" and National Consumption Promotion Month be held at a high level. We will support all regions in establishing mechanisms to normalize consumption, and foster a number of brands with distinctive activities.
May 10 is a "big day" for Chinese brands.
The establishment of China Brand Day marks that brand economy has become an important carrier of national soft power, brand building is the core element of the competition between countries at this stage, and its development level also objectively plays a decisive role in the economic strength of each country.
Especially at present, in the more complex and changeable global economic and financial environment, the industry economy led by brand enterprises fundamentally affects the development of the global economy.
We will promote the transformation from Chinese manufacturing to Chinese creation, from Chinese speed to Chinese quality, and from Chinese products to Chinese brands
Premier Li Keqiang also made it clear in the Government Work Report that:
Create more world-renowned "Chinese brands" to promote the Chinese economy into the era of quality.
In other words, since its birth, China Brand Day has carried the role of brand leadership, the mission of promoting the upgrading of the supply structure and demand structure, and the task of shaping the image of Chinese brands.
Recently, The General Office of the State Council issued a document requiring "a high level of Chinese brand Day", once again indicating that the era of brands has arrived.
